Sat Tal is a group of seven high altitude natural lakes located near the town of Harshil in Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand. A 3 km climb from Dharali village will take you to this majestic place. The interconnected lakes are surrounded by lush greenery of deodar trees offering a picturesque landscape that is a treat for the eyes. This region is one of the hidden jewels in Uttarakhand and boasts of a natural beauty. Sat Tal is also a famous trekking destination for adventure lovers, especially during winters when the region is covered with a white layer of snow.

Sattal is situated at an altitude of 3 km from the village of Dharali which can be reached through trekking. nearest
Motorable road is located at Harshil, 3 kms from Dharali. Buses and shared taxis ply to Harsil from Uttarkashi and other nearby towns and cities.

Day ( 2 ) Uttarkashi to Dharali ( Drive 78 km / 4.5 hrs / 2,575 mtr )
DAY TO DHARALI VILLAGE
- Drive to Dharali village 78 km
- Overnight stay in homestey /guest house.
Day ( 3 ) Dharali to Sattal (3 km Trek /4 hrs / 2,620 mtr ) Back to Dharali

- Early Morning get ready for Sattal trek which is 3 -4 km with your trekking kit and packed lunch.
Sattal is situated near Dharali,there are mysteriously interconnected seven freshwater lake.Sattal is located at an altitude of 1370mtrs above sea level.It is untouch and unpolluted fresh water.
The name of the Sattal are Purna Tal, Ram Tal, Sita Tal, Lakhman Tal, Nal Damyanti Tal, Sukh Tal and Garud Tal.
after that trek down and Overnight stay at Dharali in a homestay / guest house.
Day (4 ) Dharali to Uttarkashi / Rishikesh 246 kms whole day drive.
